Learning and Practice

This update includes some shots of me and mom practicing for Homecoming and some that were taken at my puppy kindergarten class.  Learning and practice :-)

I was 4.5 months old in this one.  Mom was practicing getting me into a stack and Joe was practicing trying to take a picture of me without chopping off body parts.  He almost did it :-)

I was almost 5 months old when I graduated from puppy kindergarten.  This was taken that day.  We were waiting patiently for our turn to take the final exam, which I aced, btw.  ;-)

Mom doesn't like getting her picture taken so she hid behind me.

Now at 5 months old, this was another attempt at getting me to stack.  Joe got all of me in the picture this time.  :-)

A Visit with Chewie

It has been a little while since I've updated my blog.  Mom took some photos when I went to visit my friend, Chewie.  I am 16 weeks old in these photos.

This is me sneaking up on Chewie...shhhh. ;-)

This is Chewie.

I took a moment to appreciate the flowers.

Mom said that this was the last picture she could take because it started getting dark.  I hope to update my blog some more, soon.  Thanks for checking in, again.  :-)

Up go my ears!

At around 10 weeks old, my ears started trying to stand.  All of the indoor photos were taken the same day.

You can see, I'm trying to get them up.

Is leaning to the side considered cheating?

And these, outdoor shots, were taken the very next day.  :-)  Sorry for the blurry first photo.  I was happy to see the camera.  I got my left ear to stand up.  It has been up ever since.

My ears should both be up the next time you hear from me :-)

Moving to Maryland

Up until April 30, 2011 I had spent my whole life (all 8 weeks and 5 days of it) enjoying the company of my siblings and friends in New York.

That day, I began the next chapter in my life with my new family.  It started with a car ride.  I found the best spot and settled in for the long ride.
Before I knew it, we were at my new home.  The first thing I did was check out my new crate.  It was cozy.  I outgrew the divider after one day.
This place has TONS of toys.  New ones keep showing up everyday.  These are some from the first two days.  Mom usually plays with me but sometimes she likes to just watch me play.
Mom says that the camera was "her" toy.  I like watching her play, too.
Playing, eating, and outside, pretty much covers how I spent the first few days in Maryland.
